      Description

      To the FIWARE Lab Assistance,

      I recently created a VM instance in the FIWARE Cloud and I'd like to
      connect to such an instance via SSH.
      I created a security group that accept connections on port 22 however, when
      it comes to allocate a new floating IP to my project I get the 500 error
      with the following message "The server has either erred or is incapable of
      performing the requested operation".
      In addition, the "Allocate Floating IP" window says "0 IPs available".

      On August the 3rd, I sent my id documents to the Trento Node.
      I am wondering if this issue comes from a bad configuration of my VM or the
      assignment of the floating IP is still in a pending state.

        In the meantime, can you please reply with some more information, like:

        • User/Tenant ID
        • Community or Trial account type

        The floating IP (193.205.211.117) is available for your account ( ID - 5c30fddc71314c428ecc261f07d4f655).

        You should deploy your VM using node-int-net-02 network and then associate the floating IP to the instance.

        Dear Trento node,

        Please be aware that if you reply with a comment in Jira the external users does not receive any notification therefore you may mark a ticket as resolved but the users doesn't receive your reply.

        Please inform the users via mail or at least specify in the comment of the ticket you did or didn't notified the users so we (from level 1 support) can not forward or forward your reply to the user.
