      Good Moorning.

      I am working in Spain2 region. I can't connect to a VM called GeoServer_2.
      However, I have been connected 10 minutes ago!

        Ajam. I will change it. Anyway, Why VM worked ten minutes before change its state to unable to connect?

        You can expect a flapping behaviour. You can not expect it to work.
