          Description

          Dear Fiware Lab,
          i have successfully upgraded my account to the community version.
          Here the jira ticket FI-WARE-JIRA] (FLUA-1432) Smart-Hitch.

          Actually, when i enter the cloud section of the portal, i’m not authorized to use the cloud resources allocated to me.
          Are there more steps that i have to perform to access to them?

            In order to get a floating IP please forward to us a copy of the identity card of the user or responsible of the project.
            Write us at: support-xifi@trentinonetwork.it to step forward with the procedure.

            Actually, i’m able to create WMs instances.
            But i’m not able to create a public ip to associate to this instances
            and access them via ssh. (i think because my ip quotas is currently zero)

            do you have a community account? Only commuty accounts are allowed to get a
            floatingIP.
            If not you have to upgrade your account (

            On Trento Node in order to get a floating IP, you should provide us a copy of the identity card of the user or responsible of the project.
