Hi,
I'm having some problems with my instances on Berlin node.
Now I have "bs-orion-new" in Status "SHUTDOWN"
How can I power it on again?
I've shutted it down because I was not able to create a snapshot. So I
tried to create in white the instance was halted. But no luck
Plus I can't create a new security group, I have just the "default one".
If I try to create a new one I have this error:
"{"forbidden": {"message": "Quota exceeded for resources:
['security_group']", "code": 403}}"
Last problem, also if I've opened all port from my security group, I can
only open the port 22.
It's not a problem with the machine, if I try to connect from one machine
to the other in the same network using the public ip, it works.
Could u help me please?
On friday I have the presentation of my Fi-ware program and ATM nothing is
working

Dear Emiliano,
As I can see your instance "bs-orion-new" is at the state ACTIVE right now. If you have problems with taking snapshots we will need more informations like error messages etc.
About the additional security groups: Every user just has the quota for one security group. Therefore it is normal that you just have the default security group.
All ports for external access but 22 are blocked by our firewall. This firewall can not be bypassed by the security groups. If you need more reachable ports, please let us now by telling us: "[TCP|UDP] <Service> <port number>"
