Description
Dear FIWARE team,
We have few issues with the ObjectStorage GE.
The first issue from one SME I reported it to the contact email on the
website:
http://catalogue.fiware.org/enablers/object-storage-ge-fiware-implementation
(see attachment), but have not received any feedback. The issue was
originally posted here:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29533548/fiware-how-to-browse-organizatio
n-containers-in-fiware-lab
Today I have received another issue (see below [1]).
Could you please help us to solve these issues or point us to the person who
can help.
Thanks,
Raul

We are sending you this email because we are having trouble installing one
of the FIWARE GEs (object storage). We have attempted to post a question on
open stack, but haven't so far received a solution to our problem. We have
so far attempted to install a test environment (with no luck as well) using
this tutorial:
<http://docs.openstack.org/developer/swift/development_saio.html>
http://docs.openstack.org/developer/swift/development_saio.html
We are currently trying to install the real thing:
sers.html>
http://docs.openstack.org/juno/install-guide/install/apt/content/keystone-us
ers.html and haven't even manage to get passed the keystone installation. We
are stuck on the "To create tenants, users, and roles" step of that page
because the error in the ubuntu 14.04 console is unable to connect.
The mysql and token authorizations are in order, we double checked that, and
even did an apt-get update but had no luck.
The question is, could you please provide us with technical support to
install and run a test to confirm the success of the installed object
storage?

Hi Raul,
I don’t understand why you talk about “Organisation tenant” on one side and about “my own user tenant” on the other side. What do you mean with those different tenants? Are you using the same tenant in both sites (cloud portal and API)?Take into account that only some tenants are visible in the cloud portal (the default cloud tenant associated to a user)
