      Description

      Dear FIWARE Lab Assistant,

      We are experiencing some issues today with cloud.lab.fiware.org. We are
      unable to view and manage our instances nor can we view the available
      images. Also anything under the 'compute' submenu seems to not return any
      results for us to view. All these menus where working until Friday
      afternoon.

      Currently although our external interface IP address seems to be working the
      fact that we cannot manage our instances cause issues in our application
      development.

      We would appreciate any information and help to resolve this issue asap.

        Dear Hara,
        the Cloud Portal seems to be working fine now, so maybe you have experienced a temporary problem.
        Please let us know if the problem persists and, in this case, tell us what region you're using and your project ID, in order to forward the issue to the right support team.
