Dear all,
some time ago I asked you to send me your planned holiday and business closure in order to organize August shifts.
Since I received only 1 answer, I've created a new tab in the Help Desk document called "SUMMER HOLIDAY".
Please, fill in the summer section asap and complete the current week as well!
Take care about this topic and about Help Desk in general (I've noticed that today there are a lot of last Friday unmanaged tickets)
