Dear Sir,Madam,
We are community members of the Fiware Adopt program and working on the
project "HealthySwaps". The company name is "Rowanalytics" and we have
the following question:
Our application requires users to register on the Fiware platform in
order to be authorized to use the app in which case Fiware creates basic
accounts for them. The problem is that the basic accounts are
deleted/wiped out once the trail period has expired and therefore their
accounts credentials are lost as a result and they need to register again.
Could you please advise on how to register our users and authorize them
to use the app on Fiware without having the above problem?

Thank you for the quick reply.
We are aware of the procedure you mentioned, but we want to be able to
authorize users to use our application and resources in a programmatic
way, i.e. without the need to login manually and authorize them, as the
app might have thousands of users.
After downloading our app (e.g. Android app from Google Play), the first
time the user starts the app, he is redirected to the
https://account.lab.fiware.org page, where he will sign up for a new
FIWARE Lab account.
We want to make sure that the user is assigned to our resources and that
the user doesn't lose his assignments after the expiration of his trial
account.
I hope this explains the question.

Trial Account are not deleted after evaluation period, what do you lost are the assigned resources. If you want to grant someone else to use your resources you can use this procedure:
