          Description

          Hi i have problem with VM(ubuntu_server) yesterday i tried to access
          this virtual
          machine from terminal with ssh . Details about my problem is below

            Hi Manuel,

            This user has access to Lannion2, but we do not think he should be, because he is not known by us (there is no associated FLUA ticket about him). At the moment, his quota does not allow him to get a Public IP and this is somehow what he is saying in his ticket.

            Could you clarify this?

            At first glance, where are you trying to connect to this instance from? We are asking this because you are trying to connect to a private IP.

            Can you please try to connect to a floating IP attached to this instance? If the problem is still there after this, you will have to provide us more details about instance (ID, Keypair, Sec Group ID and Rules).
