I enclose safety rules that I have assigned .
You see the TCP 80 rule has no public IP because attempts to assign
the rules add button does not send any event , it does not fail but
does not save the information .

When you create a keypair you obtain a pem file. You have to convert
it into ppk by using puttygen and then use it in putty. Are you sure
