          Description

          Hi i have problem with VM(ubuntu_server) yesterday i tried to access
          this virtual
          machine from terminal with ssh . Details about my problem is below

            This ticket is a copy/paste from HELP-3626 to which we just commented this:

            Hi Manuel,

            This user has access to Lannion2, but we do not think he should be, because he is not known by us (there is no associated FLUA ticket about him). At the moment, his quota does not allow him to get a Public IP and this is in somehow what he is saying in his ticket.

            Could you clarify this?
