FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.Problem releasing floating IP and unused security groups

          Description

          Hi there,

          Have problems deploying the Wirecloud-apps-monetization bundle so I just
          tried to deploy a Marketplace clone, but it just causes errors.
          Tried to release the floating IP that seems to cause the problem, but to
          no avail (below are some screenshots)

          After a lot of deployment attempts I also have several old security
          groups that can not be deleted.

            Sorry to bother you but I have the same problem again

            Apparently when a instance deployment fails and I end up terminating the
            instance the floating IP association and security group aren't deleted
            and they leave hanging. I should try deleting them before I delete the
            instance, but I suspect that at least the security group will "complain"
            that it is in use.

            Could you release the IP and security group again?
