      Description

      Hi,

Our tenant id is : 6cd77ce952784d3f85fc5a1312f025ac

We need to use Object Storage, a very important piece of our solution. To do so, we need to create a "volume" and a "container":

      [1]https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Object_Storage_-_User_and_Programmers_Guide

"In order to use Object Storage through the FIWARE Cloud Portal, first login to the Cloud Portal at [2]https://cloud.lab.fiware.org. Look under the "Storage" tab. There is usually a tab there labelled "Volumes." In order to use Object Storage, you also need to have a tab labelled "Containers." Not all regions support Object Storage, so the "Containers" tab may not be present for some Region. Choose a region for which the "Containers" tab is present. You may then proceed to create Object Storage containers and object. You should then have a url[3]https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/#objectstorage/containers/."

When we try to create the container, we receive this error: "Error: Error creating container . Cause: 400 Error [4]info"

Error creating container . Cause: 400 Error

      {"Code":"InvalidBucketName"}

and we can't continue until this step is completer.

We've exchanged some emails with Benjamin Geissler  ([5]Benjamin.Geissler@EuroPoolSystem.com) and he said Spain2 might not have Object Storage installed. Can you please assist us?

      Best regards,
      Dragos GROSU

        Sándor,

Any clue when this can be ready? I'm locked out and I can't continue working on this module and a deadline is over my shoulder.

        Thank you,
        Dragos GROSU

        Hi Sandor,

I hope all is well there?

Please could you assist asap. We are trying to get the applications ready
for our first trial tests. We must have this working as we are in danger of
missing a critical window with the south African season coming to a close
and if this deadline is missed then we cannot conduct the trials until next
year – in which case we will miss our promised contribution to this program.

        Best regards

        Gerald
