[Fiware-lab-help] Reactivate FIWARE Lab account

      Description

      Dear all,
      I cannot login or request a new password for my FIWARE LAB account (registered for username with email: gianmario.bollano@telecomitalia.it<gianmario.bollano@telecomitalia.it>).
      My username for FIWARE portals is gianbo (in use for FIWARE forge, FIWARE catalogue, FIWARE JIRA and backlog, FIWARE Academy, registered to the same email); I'm contributing to the I2ND chapter for the Robotics GE.
      I've tried using both e-mail and the username but apparently the FIWARE LAB has been deactivated and also the password reset is not working.
      Could you please forward me some instructions to reactivate the FIWARE LAB Account?

        I apologize for the delay, I've received multiple Jira notifications on this issue but the messages in them were deleted since an update in the corporate mailer Antispam Filter I was unaware of. For some reason s Jira mail contents in these messages was classified as spam (it never happened in the past for other Jira notifications).
        I've already tried to reset password using my corporate e-mail ( gianmario.bollano@telecomitalia.it ), but the address is not recognized . I get a message saying "You have specified an e-mail address that is not registered to any our our user account", though in past I was able to access to FIWARE LAB.
        By the way, also the above error message is mistyped: "any our our" is meant to be "any of ours".
        My corporate e-mail address is also in use for FIWARE Forge and Jira (these accounts works); the corresponding username for it is "gianbo".

        The password reset was something I had already tried since the beginning and since it did not work I opened this ticket.
        I explained it in the original message and the last comment.
        This morning I have registered again a new account with my corporate e-mail and with same username "gianbo"; it worked but this account does not allow me to register myself as FIWARE member and to specify the organization I'm working for (Telecom Italia, TIM).
        I'll try to use that account in the robotics-live-demo group.
