Many (almost all) instances created from images does’t allow you to login interactively via the console but only through ssh public/private keys. You should associate a public floating IP to your instance and then connect using an ssh client.

Another way could be to inject in the instance a cloud-init script when creating it. It can be something similar to this:
e.g.: #cloud-config

chpasswd:

ssh_pwauth: True

If you have a community account, then the resources you requested should be booked and available for you. You don’t need to switch to Spain or to Trial user.

could you please tell us a bit more about your use case? Our decision about IP address allocation is based on your description of your intended use of the FIWARE resources. In addition to that, we will need your tenant ID (a long hexadecimal string shown at login time by the cloud portal).
