Buen día, el motivo de este correo es para solicitar su ayuda con lo siguiente:

Actualmente nos encontramos trabajando con una instancia en Spain2 pero debido a que se nos autorizo el acceso a Trento al actualizar nuestra cuenta como Community User es necesario mover la instancia actual a la región Trento puesto que ya se ha trabajado el proyecto en esa instancia y no sería conveniente configurarla en Trento desde cero. Por este motivo pedimos su ayuda, ya sea que nos apoyen realizando el proceso o nos asesoren sobre como podemos realizarlo e inclusive si es posible o no mover la instancia entre regiones.

La cuenta community es ceo@emiti.co y a su vez se tienen dos cuentas asociadas que son prog@emiti.co y mario@bambusoft.com, el servidor esta actualmente utilizando la IP 130.206.116.119. De antemano muchas gracias por tomarse el tiempo de leer este correo y saludos.
