Seems your quota is exceeded. Do you have a trial or community account ? If you have a community account, how many public IP are you using / did you request ?

Anyway, I’ve forwarded your request to the Lannion support.

Regarding this issue: Now you should have a community account and you should be able to allocate public IPs on Lannion2 node. I assume this problem solved.
