Dear Manuel,
The request is clearer now, this user aims to use the tool of FIC2Lab through an instance on FIWARE Lab, but at this point of time, he does not belong to Lannion. I have asked him (by mail) to do it through a community request ticket.

Hi Manuel,
This user is not known by us and it is still a trial user and then do not access yet to lannion's node, so I think he did not create his request in the right place.
The request is not clear to us and we do not know either:
