Dear FiLab Team,

I am getting an issue on Spain2 region, from yesterday.
Here the steps:

• I create a new instance (from ubuntu14 image)
• I try to associate a public IP to this instance (130.206.124.52)
• All seems to be ok, as usual. But when I try to connect to my VM, the
  IP is not reachable.

This happens just from yesterday and only in Spain2 node.
Please, can you check if there is some network issues?
