      Description

      Hello,

      I have requested a community account on Friday 12th of June.

      I saw the Jira issue been created right away, but since then I got no reply.

      The issue's ID is: <https://jira.fiware.org/browse/FLUA-1117> FLUA-1117

      I wrote a comment on the issue yesterday to ask for the status of my
      request.

      I also read in the FIWARE Lab wiki that a request should be fulfilled within
      1 day. It's been 3 days since I made the request.

      Can you please give me a status of the request or guide me to what I might
      have to do to have it fulfilled?
