      Description

      Hello!

      I'm from the company HealthApp,

      We're working with the Identity management enabler, and we have a big
      problem when installing it.

      Firstly,
      In
      https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Identity_Management_-_KeyRock_-_Installation_and_Administration_Guide,
      say:
      3. IdM-specific settings

      • Keystone Account for the IdM to perform tasks like user registration.
        OPENTACK_KEYSTONE_ADMIN_CREDENTIALS = { 'USERNAME': 'the_username', 'PASSWORD': 'the_password', 'PROJECT': 'the_projectname', }

        I understand that it asks us the fiware lab credentials, Is it rigth?
        For example,

      OPENTACK_KEYSTONE_ADMIN_CREDENTIALS =

      { 'USERNAME': 'karla.astrid@bcnhealthapp.com ', 'PASSWORD': '*****', 'PROJECT': 'FiwareHealthAppDemo', }

      FiwareHealthAppDemo is registred in fiwarelab.

      When we try to test it by "http://127.0.0.1:8000/" , the response is "A
      server error occurred. Please contact the administrator."
      and one console say:

      2015-06-17 09:52:36.882 2921 ERROR keystone.auth.controllers [-] Could not
      find project: FiwareHealthAppDemo

      and the other:

      DEBUG:idm_logger:Creating a new internal keystoneclient connection to
      http://127.0.0.1:5000/v3.
      Unauthorized: The request you have made requires authentication. (HTTP
      401)

      What could be the error (bug)? What are we doing wrong?

      Thank you.

      Karla Quispe
      HealthApp.
