      Description

      Hello "support team",

      I would like to test the fic2 lab service, but I have an issue related to
      the quotas.
      "*Your floating ip quota is insufficient. After checking with the Neutron
      api, your current quota limit is : 0. Or the runner setup requires at least
      1 floating ips. You can ask the support for a quota revision by using the
      following link:*"

      Is it possible to upgrade my account as soon as possible (I sent a first
      email more than 12 days ago). My only requirements are to be capable to
      test the https://runner.developer.mediafi.org/#!/create

        Hi Olivier,

        I see that your UpgradeAccount request (FLUA-985) has been rejected because you didn't reply.
        Your account has to be approved before I could update your quota.
