      Hola, estoy dando mis primeros pasos con FIWARE Lab y tengo el siguiente problema. Recientemente cree una cuenta haciendo uso del correo eduardo_201194@hotmail.com, pero no podia hacer uso del apartado Cloud, me aparecios el siguiente mensaje

      Currently you are not authorized to use Cloud resources in any project. If you want to enjoy Cloud environment you can ask other users to share their projects with you using the Account Portal.

      You can also manage your own project getting a Trial account or, if your Trial period has expired, applying for a community account following the application process.

      And of course you can also use all the other FIWARE Lab capabilities in the Account Portal.

      pero aun asi no pude entrar a ese apartado de Cloud, asi que cancele la cuenta, y me quise volver a registrar por si algo habia hecho mal, pero ahora no puedo hacer uso del correo que utlize anteriormente, me dice que el email esta en uso y ese es el problema en el que me encuentro. Si estoy aciendo algun paso mal,me lo podria dar a saber, no se si sea problema que lo este usando desde México, sobre el FIRMWARE Lab Node puedo elegir cualquiera? Quisiera volver a tener uso del correo antes mencionado para el registro, saludos

        could you please provide us with the following info?

        1) Which node are you accessing?
        2) What is your tenant id? (see: https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account#How_do_I_retrieve_my_tenant_ID.3F)
        3) is your account community or trial?
