      Description

      Hello Marco,

I need your help again. Our project has started on 1. Jun and now I have upgraded to community account. The problem I have is that I can't add members. When I'm on my Cloud session, I choose Members on the left side and hit the Add on Members tab but the list I get is just empty and filtering gives no results. How do I associate accounts of my team members ?

      Best,
      Ana

        Dear Ana,
I have just forwarded your request to the proper support team.
Please, keep in mind that the Fiware support is managed by more people. Therefore, the next time someone else might reply to you.

        Best regards
        Marco

        Hello again,
thanks for a quick answer. The search filter for the members gives me absolutely no result no matter what I type. I tried user names, emails, just few letters and nothing works. What I'm trying is to add users :

        boris.petrenj@gmail.com
        ajsmilutin@gmail.com

to my community account which is registered using nanaxttp@gmail.com email. The community account was assigned under FLUA-970 code.

        Best,
        Ana

        Hi Ana,

please, be sure you are correctly writing the name. Note that the filter is case-sensitive.

Here you have the guide to authorize in the cloud application once you have added the members:
