Dear Pablo,
in order to solve your issue we need to know:

• the ID of instance in which you are experiencing the issue (from the “Instances” page, click on the instance name: the ID is under “Info”)
• your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).
  Meanwhile, I’m going to forward your request to the Spain support team.

Oggetto: [Fiware-lab-help] Status of machine is SHUTOFF

Hi,
I have a machine in the cloud of Fi-LAB. I do not know where is the problem, but my machine is in status SHUTOFF and power state SHUTDOWN. I tried to Reboot the Instance of the machine, but said me the following error:

And i cant do anymore, the Overview of this machine is:

• Image Name: Ubuntu Server 14.04.1 (x64)
• Region: Spain2
• Private IP: 192.168.200.251
• Public IP: 130.206.119.217
  Can you tell me the solution of this problem??
