I don't understand why it takes 4 days and I still haven't received a
response!

We figured out that the Cosmos instance denied the access, because our
username was already used by another company/user. This is clearly a Cosmos
defect. There should be validation of username/password to avoid
duplications.

The ticket can be closed.

I would appreciate a bit more help from FIWARE technical support.

The issue was resolve. We changed our username. After that, the COSMOS
global access worked fine.
