Dear Santi,
in order to solve your issue we need to know:

• which region you are using
• your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).
• the Floating IP that you are using.

Hi
I've created a keypar, opened the 22 port, created the instanced and attached the ip. But I'm unable to connect. From the web view console I can't type anything, and from the linux termail I get a Network is unreachable.

What more can I do??

probably you have sent the instance ID, not your project ID.
Please, send to us the correct ID, keeping in CC the list fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org<fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org> (needed to our trouble ticketing system).

We are experiencing a networking issue in Spain node, and the support team is working to solve it.

yes, the ID is right. Sorry for my misunderstanding

My advice is to wait for further information about the resolution of problem from Spain team.
Maybe the problem hasn't been solved yet.
