      Description

      Hi,
I have deleted all my instances. Then I create new instances and trying to
assign a public IP to one of them.
However it seems the previous IP is still associated to something, I try to
disassociate and I get the following error:
"Error releasing floating IP 130.206.119.126. Cause: 404 Error
{"itemNotFound": {"message": "The resource could not be found.", "code":
      404}}"

Can you disassociate the IP so that I can access my new instances.
      Thanks,
      Oscar

        Dear,

Thanks for contacting FIWARE support. In the future I suggest to disassociate floating IP before deleting instances, anyhow please let me know the region you are using, I will forward your request to the right support.

        Daniele

        Hi Henar,
It seems not to be solved.
I tried to associate the IP, but there was an error message (without any
detail). Anyway the IP appeared as associated to my instance.
But them I try to SSH (or even ping) and I can not connect to the instance.
This are the IPs of the node:

        • oscar-ardaiz: 10.2.27.21
        • oscar-ardaiz: 130.206.119.126
        • shared-net: 192.168.201.110

I do not know how to proceed.
The instance is a MiWi-POI server

        Hi Henar,
That was 2 days ago, since I got no answer in 24 h I tried other things.
I did not solve my problem: I never was able to connect with SSH to a
        MiWiPOI server.

Today I deleted other instances, and now I have another problem, which is
the same initial problem: I did not diassociate the IP before deleting an
instance. Thus I can not allocate an IP to any instance. I have submitted a
request, but can you dissasociate the IP manually?
        Thanks,
        Oscar
