Description
Hello
I have been assigned cloud in Laninon2 region, and the largest flavour of VM available has two cores. I have 8 cpu's available total and would like to assign them to one machine. Is there a way to create a new flavour or is that controlled by datacentre administrator at each location?

Here the exchanges with Vladimir, the problem is solved, I will close the ticket.
That is correct, and I create VM's, it's just that I would like to be able to allocate more resources to one VM
Also, I could not log into Jira, is the account and password different from my FIware lab account? I am not clear how I should reply to the message on Jira. My fiware account is not valid there.
What parameters do you want for your flavor (RAM, CPU, disk) ?
Can we get two flavours?
One for 10 cores, 10,000 Mb ram and 200 Gb disk
And one for 4 cores, 4000mb ram and 100 Gb disk
If you can only create one flavour for us, then please make the first one.
Yes of course,
I created the two flavors (m1.medium.quickbird, m1.medium.quickbird_large) for your tenant.
Tell me if it's OK then I could close the ticket JIRA associated to your request.
Thank you Antony
I can see and select the flavours you have just created. For some reason our quota for ram is 10,000 Mb, not 10,240. Could you please reduce ram allocated to the largest flavour to 10,000 Mb?
Also we can only start one instance at a time. Is that intentional? I don’t see much sense in having such a restrictions.
I updated your RAM quota to 10240 instead of 10000. It should be better.
And I also changed your instance quota to 3. It was set to 1 as you requested on the JIRA ticket.
Thank you very much, I just spawned the large instance and it appears to work fine!
