FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.No ssh connectivity

      Description

      Hello,

      yesterday there appeared to be major problems with spain2 where our FIWARE
      lab instance resides. But our problems started already on last Friday 29th
      May. I have not been able to access our Virtual Machine via ssh since then.

      I can see our VM from cloud tab, but cannot access it. I have tried
      rebooting the VM, releasing the public IP but nothing helps. Please fix the
      ssh connectivity issue immediately because this is seriously hindering our
      research project!

      The FIWARE account we use is symbiofiware@gmail.com
