Dear all,

We are working with FIWARE node Spain2, we launched a new instance using
a Ubuntu Server 14.04.1 (x64) but we have got too many problems to
connect to it using SSH.

This is what we do:

• Launched Ubuntu Server 14.04.1 (x64), called "sth"
• IP associated (130.206.118.103)
• Download .pem file, converted it to .ppk using Puttygen
• Succesfull connection to "sth" machine, users created, installation
  of all "STH software" (node.js, mongo DB, GIT, etc...)

This worked for a few hours, after this, SSH failed and never could
connect using Putty anymore; and also using FILAB ("Connect to
Instance") failed because connection button is always as LOADING...

What we did not do is to execute the "Customization Script" in the step
4 (Post-Creation) of the Launching Instance Process, is it exist any
problem with this? or somethig else is missing?
