      Hi, I need help about create account in fiware lab , I need do test about
      context broker in fiware cloud.
      Please can read the mail attached below, where I hit the reply received by
      mail of the account to use the cloud in Fiware-lab.

        your previous request has been rejected due to lack of response to FLUA-691, therefore this tickect will be closed.

        The correct way to request an account in FIWARE is:
        1) sign up for a trial account here: https://account.lab.fiware.org/
        2) request a community account upgrade here: https://account.lab.fiware.org/
        3) while requesting you account upgrade please specify:
        a) the FIWARE node you'd like to work on
        b) the virtual resources you require
        c) tell us about your project/reasearch

        Step 3 will automatically open an account upgrade request on JIRA.
