      Description

      Dear FIWARE support,

      I work for XLAB and we are a company in the FINESCE FI-PPP project.
      Today, I wanted to publish a widget that we have made to the FIWARE Lab
      Store but I cannot create an offering as a company. Apparently, the
      offering creation wizard does not seem to provide an option to choose a
      company. I presumed that instead I maybe have to switch the session to
      work as XLAB in the Account page, but although the profile is switched
      in the Account tab, the Store still sees my personal account (it doesn't
      say XLAB in the top right as in the Account tab, but Marko Kuder instead).

      Even when logging out in the Store, it redirects me back to the Account
      tab (set to the company session), but coming back to the Store after
      that I seem to be still logged in.

        I'm redirecting this ticket to Francisco de la Vega, who is in charge of
        the Store, because the problem is related to this GE. Anyway, I'll be
        watching the progress of this ticket and will try to help if possible.

        Dear Marko,

        To publish an offering as an organization, you have to switch to the organization, not in the account portal, but in the store portal.

        Take into account that the idm (account portal) restricts the information that shares with other applications. In the case of organizations, it only provides to the applications the information of those organizations where the user has a role defined by the concrete app.

        The first step is authorize your organization to work in the Store. If you give me the name of your organization I can do it.

        Once your organization is authorized, the roles of the Store will appear when managing the members of your organization (Switch to the organization in the account portal, then enter members section and click Authorize button).
        The Store portal defines 2 roles

        • Store Customer: If you give this role to a member of your organization, he will be able to acquire offerings for a complete organization.
        • Store Provider: If you give this role to a member, he will be able to create offerings on behalf the organization.

        Once you have authorized a member of your organization with any of these roles, he will be able to switch to the organization in the Store as it does in the account portal.
