Yes, I'm able to access through SSH. About Cosmos portal, yes, our password contains several non alphanumercial character for security reasons. Could it be the problem?

I manually created your Cosmos account. Try connecting as xxxxxxxx to cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org, password xxxxxxxx (change it the first time you enter with the passwd command):
$ ssh xxxxxxxx@cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org
Just for figuring out what happened with the Cosmos portal: does your FIWARE LAB password contain any non alphanumerical character?
