Is the problem that you get kicked out after 30 mins, or is the problem
that you cannot connect at all?

After 50 minutes, I was able to access.

I think the problem is the low speed to download. I can see it is 20,9K/s.
In the cloud-init it is needed to download https://opscode-omnibus-packages.s3.amazonaws.com/el/6/x86_64/chef-12.3.0-1.el6.x86_64.rpm, and it seems it takes 36 minutes.
Are you going to fix the low speed problem? In Spain2, this file just takes seconds to be downloaded. How can we solve it?

VM was accessible, but Henar pointed out performance issues which we are looking in to.
