          Description

          Hi,

          I am trying to request community account but i dont receive the
          confirmation e-mail. Please, can you help me? I need Cloud Fi-Lab site.

            Dear Pablo,

            As described in this guide: http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account#How_can_i_request_for_a_Community_Account_upgrade the account request is created here: http://help.lab.fi-ware.org clicking on “Request Community Account Upgrade”.

            You should get an email with the information that a ticket with your request for account upgrade was created.

            The thing works as follow:

            • you submit a form;
            • a ticket is created;
            • someone (from the accelerator you target or from FIWARE Lab) follows up with you via email;
            • if your request is approved (because they verified you part of an accelerator or your work as a value for FIWARE), you get upgraded and notified via email.

            In any case I see that your request for a Community account has been just approved this morning.

            Good morning Daniele,

            I have just check my mailbox and the spam mailbox. The email confirmation
            doesnt exist.

            I have a Basic FiLAB account, but i need a Community FiLAB account to use
            Cloud Portal. I sent the Request Community Account Request, but i dont
            recieve the confirmation email.

            In addition you can try to resend to you the confirmation email at this page: https://account.lab.fiware.org/confirmation/

            Please let me know if you manage to create an account on FIWARE Lab portal.
