Can you tell the user that to access to the Spain region, the old region, he has to go to oldcloud.lab.fiware.org?

as just suggested to me by Spain support team, to access to the Spain region (the old region, not Spain2), you have to go to oldcloud.lab.fiware.org .

After the upgrade to this new Community User vs Test user, I now can't reach my existing instances from prior to the upgrade. Can you please assist with connecting them?

I want to access them, back up information and delete the unnecessary instances that exist.
