          Description

          Hello

          I'm using the FIGWAY code available at
          https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-figway

          I can send observation using the SendObservation.py

          but then I would like to use the ContextBroker to retrieve the data

          Unfortunately if I run

          python CheckVersion.py

          i got

          • Status Code: 503
          • Response:
            Error in IDM communication

          So it seems there is a problem in the identity management, but it works to
          send observations

          Suggestions?

            The issue is actually related with Figway, so I would asign it to the team in charge of it.

            Hi,

            At present we are not using IDM at al in the ContextBroker instance at the public cloud. Please, check here the deatils on the new IDAS+CB services, maybe you are using an old one.
