[HELP-3024] FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.FI-Lab Assistance. - JIRA

Hi,

I�m trying to set up a test instance on the FIWARE-lab cloud. However, I�m experiencing a few problems:

1) Whenever I launch an instance, its status in the instances view is reported as �ERROR�.

2) There are no free IPs I can assign to the instance.

I tried with the Spain and Trento nodes, last week and today.

Are these temporary problems or am I doing something wrong? My FIWARE-lab account�s email is max.marcon@bonsum.de.
