could you kindly provide us your tenant ID?

Did you previously be able to reach such Public IP? Or are you trying for the first time?
In the latter case, I would suggest to you to check:

• If there is a security group associated to the VM

• if the rules of such security group allow to reach the port 22

I have a problem when i try to connect mi putty client with mi instance of Fiware Lab Cloud.
I have the IP public: 130.206.112.188 but not have response from outside.

Please, can you help me with this?
