In that case, we should do anything, regarding the component that you want to use Sagitta and Claudia, both of them are services integrated in the Cloud components and per se, they cannot use alone. Regarding Claudia, this component was finalized at the end of the R2.3 and we did not continue his evolution. By contrast a new component was developed (Scalability Manager – Policy Manager) and translated some other functionalities to the PaaS Manager - Pegasus. If you are interested on this new component, I can give you more details about this new component. You should see it in the same place.

I´m interested in using this Generic Enabler for scalability issues in a prototype:

I searched with this tag in the forge: CLOUD-Claudia

But the search result is empty. Like this GE, I have seen another Generic Enablers that are only available on FI-PPP Testbed or don´t have any downloads available.

Do you recommend using this GE in my project?

Can I use a Generic Enablers that only have FI-PPP Testbed members access or don´t have any downloads available for the presentation of my proposals for active FI-WARE challenges? For example, I only see FI-PPP Testbed access for these GEs and I don´t know if use them in my proposals although they are very interesting and I would like to use them: Service Composition - Ericsson Composition Engine (ECE)<http://catalogue.fi-ware.org/enablers/service-composition-ericsson-composition-engine-ece>, Service Mashup - Mashup Factory<http://catalogue.fi-ware.org/enablers/service-mashup-mashup-factory>, Software Deployment & Configuration - Sagitta<http://catalogue.fi-ware.org/enablers/software-deployment-configuration-sagitta>.

PaaS Manager Pegasus documentation contains a link to CLOUD-PaaSManager in
https://forge.fi-ware.eu/frs/?group_id=23, but I can´t see this element for
download it, where is it?

That component looks amazing: CLOUD-Policy Manager. What is the name of
this Generic Enabler, please can you send me the Generic Enabler catalog
link to see user and programmer guides?
