PaaS Manager Pegasus documentation contains a link to CLOUD-PaaSManager in

download it, where is it?

That component looks amazing: CLOUD-Policy Manager. What is the name of
this Generic Enabler, please can you send me the Generic Enabler catalog
link to see user and programmer guides?

In that case, we should do anything, regarding the component that you want to use Sagitta and Claudia, both of them are services integrated in the Cloud components and per se, they cannot use alone. Regarding Claudia, this component was finalized at the end of the R2.3 and we did not continue his evolution. By contrast a new component was developed (Scalability Manager – Policy Manager) and translated some other functionalities to the PaaS Manager - Pegasus. If you are interested on this new component, I can give you more details about this new component. You should see it in the same place.
