Description
Hi,
I hope I finally came to the right channel for assistance with our FIWARE
Lab instance? If not, please let me know as soon as possible, as we have
already had a communication in an email thread, which I have attached to
this email.
In short, we are member of the FIWARE Accelerator FI-ADOPT with the project
HealthySwaps
(http://360.eai.eu/projects/b8c5f536ca5ed072f3bb1d1e952c519f#.VUsS4vmqpBd).
We have a milestone at the end of June, and we have had a lot of problems
getting our FIWARE Lab account working, so now it's getting urgent to get it
fixed.
We have one user, basel@rowanalytics.com <basel@rowanalytics.com>
right now, but it seems as if we have not been assigned a node. In the
attached email thread, On 2015-04-28 13:17, Rastislav Petr wrote:

However, we have not heard anything from that request. It seems as if
Ratislav made a request on Jira, but yesterday we were informed by MIGUEL
CARRILLO PACHECO <miguel.carrillopacheco@telefonica.com

correct channel:

That's the history behind this rather urgent request.
We have been able to test the Identity Management - KeyRock with success.
What we need is the proper authorisation and quotas to at least:
- Create instances of virtual machines so we can set up FIWARE Lab
cloud and other General Enablers
- Delete applications. I created a new Application, but it seems as
if the user "basel@rowanalytics.com" not authorised to delete it?
Also, how do we create additional users who have developer access to our
FIWARE Lab?
Basically, we are new unexperienced users of the FIWARE technologies and the
FIWARE Lab, but our use of it should be pretty standard.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
