      Description

      Buenos días Fiware, el motivo de este correo es para solicitar su ayuda con un problema que surgió al migrar la cuenta a Community User. Anteriormente el equipo de Emiti contaba con una instancia creada en la región Spain2 cuya IP pública es 130.206.116.119 y en la cual ya se estaba trabajado, el día de hoy 15 de mayo se nos envío el correo donde se nos informo que la cuenta había sido aceptada como Community User y que la región en la cual trabajaremos sera Trento, sin embargo, al acceder al Cloud Portal no encontramos la instancia creada. Intentamos acceder por medio de SSH para comprobar su acceso y pudimos realizar el ingreso al servidor de manera correcta.

      Pedimos su apoyo para poder continuar trabajando en esta instancia o encontrar una solución a esta problema. Se adjunta el par de imágenes para comprobar lo anteriormente descrito.

      Good morning Fiware, the reason for this email is to ask your help with a problem that arose while updating Community User account. Previously the team of "let out" had a body created in the region whose public IP Spain2 is 130 206 116 119 and which was already worked. The May 15 received an email where we were informed that the account had been accepted as a Community User and the region in which work will Trento, however, to access the Cloud Portal not find the created instance. We try to access via SSH to verify connectivity and could make entry into the server correctly.

      We ask for your support to continue working on this instance or find a solution to this problem. The pair of images is attached to check as described above.

        Hi,

        they have assigned Trento because you requested that region I guess. So you should have migrated you VM to that region. Nodes admins do not perform vm migrations. I hope you can recover the enviroment there.
