I briefly looked at the architecture but from the little information that is provided here, it is almost impossible to make any reasonable accurate statement. However, it seems that the Synchronization GE is not used properly. It is meant mostly for 3D data. While it can probably be used for other stuff as well, this is not what it is designed for.

From the perspective of the Apps Chapter, the GEs are correctly used.

Regarding the question : "Can marketplace GE + repository GE be a base of the app ?", yes, but if payment and monetization features are required it is needed to include also the Store GE (it is done in the diagram).

There is very few description about what the application actually does/intends to do as a whole, but the usage of Context Broker GE and Big Data Cosmos GE for the purpose described appears to be ok.
