      Description

      Hello,
today I received your email with subject "Acceptance of new terms and
      conditions, final reminder."

I am a long-time FI-Ware user and I encouraged, more than 1 year ago, the
      social smart city project www.ideevoorjebuurt.nl
<http://www.ideevoorjebuurt.nl> to be hosted on FI-Ware's cloud instances.

It's not clear to me what type of account I now have.
Do I have a Trial or Community account? Where can I see it? How do I know
if my instances will be deleted?

Would be great if you could provide an answer.

      Thank you

        Dear Giovanni,

I hope this reply does not find you too late.

1- All users were asked to accept the new terms and conditions by a certain deadline. I hope you already did this. Could you kindly confirm?

2- If you already accepted the terms and conditions, you can check the type of your account, by following these steps:

        • Login to Fiware lab, you will see your name on the top right corner
        • click on the arrow next to it
        • and select settings in the menu that gets displayed
        • Select Account status on the page that is displayed, it will show you if you have a trial account or community account.

3- Hopefully your account is not deleted yet. If you see that your account is a trial one, apply for the community account, and include all the info about your project in your application. If your project was developed as part of FI-PPP program, select this as the accelerator name, or leave it empty if you are not associated with any FIWARE accelerators or use case projects.

        Best regards,

        ilknur

        Hi Ilknur,
I followed what you wrote and requested a Community Account upgrade for our
        application.
As this application was developed in the context of an European
Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP), I hope this can
earn the upgrade to Community Account so we can keep it running.

        Regards,

        Giovanni Maggini
