Description
Hi,
We have been through a lot of problems with the FIWARE Lab instance, and now
I seem to have an issue with some network resources, which I can't delete
and I cannot create a new blueprint instance because of quota restrictions
before the network is deleted!
I have these networks:
And these subnets of the "test" network:
And these ports, which I don't quite know where they come from (perhaps
leftovers from a deleted blueprint test instance):
there is no "delete" action for the port, and if I try to delete the subnet
"default00000000000000000000000000012763", I get this error:
If I try to delete the network "test", I get this error:
How do I get out of this deadlock?
Please consider this as an urgent request. We have now been trying for weeks
just to create a simple Linux instance on which we can install our
HealthySwaps software, but for many reasons without any luck.
We are part of the Accelerate program, and we have a deadline coming up
soon, but we are completely stuck and using all our time to just trying to
create an instance on FIWARE Lab!
Please contact me as soon as possible. I can provide the credentials for the
account, so that a supporter can try for himself.
