• The region which you are using

• Your project ID (you can found it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).)

• The ID of the instance in SHUTOFF status.

Hi, I shutdown one host from guest OS at cloud lab and now I am not able to boot it again. Any operation on this host from Cloud Lab site throws an error, even changing public IP to other virtual host to get access to VPC.
This is shown instance info (private information hidden):

cloud11

HIDDEN

8192 MB RAM | 4 VCPU | 80GB Disk

SHUTOFF

None

SHUTDOWN

And this is error message:
Error rebooting instance cloud11. Cause: 409 Error

Is this right channel to report these problems?
