FIWARE.Request.Lab.Volos.Issues with our fiware lab accounts.

      Description

      Hello,

      my name is Christoph Fröhlich. I'm the team leader of „Reshin“, a project which is part of Speedup Europe.

      Unfortunately, we experience issues with a) our fiware-lab accounts, b) the process to get the community status and c) our cloud instances during the last month.

      a) Since since last Friday, 8th of May, 2015, we are not able to login anymore on https://account.lab.fiware.org/. We always get the message "Invalid user name or password.“

      Furthermore, we are not able to reset our password via https://account.lab.fiware.org/password/request/. When entering our email-address and hitting „send“ the site states „Reset email send to [address]“ but we do not receive any e-mail. We checked our spam folders and we tried it several times over the last days. We know from other Speedup-Teams that they followed the same process and did receive an email within seconds. We also know from other Speedup-Teams that they face the same issue. Maybe the issue is related to particular organizations or regions?

      b) We applied for the Community status for our accounts (cfbulk@folge2.de, sg@folge3.de, jd@folge3.de) but the transformation seems to be deadlocked. There are Jira issues (FLUA-291 & FLUA-58). The status of FLUA-291 is still ’TODO’ while FLUA-51 is on status ‘Analyzing’ since FLUA-291 has been opened.

      c) Our two node instance, located in Volos, was not responding since at least Friday, 8th of May. We thought it went down but today we were able to connect again. The uptime shows that it was rebooted on Thursday, 7th of May, Same happened Wednesday April 29th. Is this behavior planned and part of the reorganization of fiware labs or is it a problem located in the region of Volos?

        Problem solved. The issues generated due to power failure in the premises of the university.
