Hi, 
I'm asking again since the problem remains and we urgently need it solved. We need help with accessing our Orion instance in the spanish node, in order to be able to continue our work. 
Any idea or help on how to gain access to the Orion instance or Cosmos, or who to ask, is as always most appreciated.

the instance is still (after 1 week) frozen in a reboot state and can't be accessed.

We can now connect but have the following issues: 
We tried to restart our VM with Orion, but it looked during restart. 
We are missing our Budapest VM with an instance of IoT broker

We have talked to Miguel, copied, and he states that this issue must be send to the Spanish node support. 
E.ON need access to their existing VM's both in Spain 1 and Budapest. 
How do we proceed anything we can do from our side ?
